I created my first frozen treats years ago for my son.  Back then alternative milks were hard to come by but there was always coconut milk in the ethnic cooking section.  It was so rewarding to be able to give him healthy low sugar treats and when I saw his bright smile and heard
"Oh Mom! This is so good!" it warmed my heart.

Fast forward at least a decade, he is grown up and has moved away.  Now I enjoy watching the smiles on faces both young and old as they enjoy Purcell Pops.
